What is it?

My comprehensive wellness assessment is designed to jumpstart any moment of personal transformation. I know moments of big change can feel impossible - like the options are infinite and you don’t even know where to begin.

That’s where a trusted partner and a process can come in.

Together, we’ll look at many domains of your life through several lenses - getting baselines, current emotions and relationships, goals, challenges, habits, and personal identity ties. We’ll look together at the gaps between where you are and where you feel you want to be, and compassionately review why there’s a gap between them.

From there, you’ll craft a six month transformation plan - one that we’ll keep bounded in compassion and achievability. At the end, my hope is that you’ll have a breadth of new self knowledge, a clear plan for how to start change, and resources to help you along that journey.

Intro Call

Before we begin, we will meet for 45 minutes to introduce ourselves, for me to talk you through the process, and to answer any questions that you have.

Self-Assessment

After the call, you will complete my holistic wellness assessment survey (which can take 3-5 hours). I know this is long, but I think getting a clear sense of your baseline, your goals, your resources, and your obstacles is the best way to set you up for success. The survey is comprehensive, covering many domains of life, and includes quantitative measures so that we can compare your progress over time.

Clarification Call

After you complete your assessment, I will review it and mark down any questions I have. In this one hour call, we’ll dig into your assessment a bit further so I can find additional clarity.

My Assessment

Once I’ve reviewed your self-assessment, I will write up my assessment of your wellness picture. This will include strengths, resources, challenges, and gaps that I’m seeing - with a particular focus on what I’m perceiving as root causes and change bottlenecks. I’ll also include resources I think could help, such as books, courses, meditations, daily practices, etc.

Clarification Call

Once you’ve had time to review my assessment, we’ll meet for an hour so that you can ask any questions that you have about it.

Goal Setting

Now that you have my assessment, you will take from it what feels true and combine it with your inner wisdom to you and draft six month goals. During this, you will explore potential challenges and resources to meeting these goals, and dive deep into whether these goals are fully self-motivated or being driven by societal expectations.

My Review of Goals

Before we lock in your goals, I will write up my notes on your goals. I’ll be keeping an eye out for if they’re specific and actionable, if they seem achievable or have elements of self-sabotage, and try to think of any challenges or blocks we might face with them.

Clarification Call

After you review my check of your goals, we’ll meet for 30 minutes so that you can ask any questions that you have about it.

Finalize Goals

Now, you’ll make a final edit of your goals, and lock them in.

Celebrate Together

In our final thirty minute call, we will celebrate the hard work of self-awareness you did, and take the moment to honor the commitment to change that you’re making for yourself.
