I am not currently accepting psychotherapy clients. The most comparable service is embodied living coaching, which takes a holistic non-medical approach to wellness.

  • Leela Game Facilitation

    2-12 hour transformative life journey game

    Leela is an ancient Indian game designed to provide a neutral analysis of your life journey for one question. I will facilitate all players through the game, giving self discovery prompts and feedback.

    2-5 hour transformative life journey game

    I offers five games that use aroma as a way to dive into our subconscious and identify our strengths and blockages. At the end of each game, you will leave with a fragrance blend to wear for 21 days, and plenty of self reflection material to journal about over those three weeks.

    Ecstatic dance is a form of conscious movement in which participants allow their body to move from the inside out to a playlist that starts light, increases in intensity, and then comes back down. Prepare for joy, release, and embodiment.
