My integrated self awareness retreat can help. You’ll explore your blocks and resources, set transformation goals, and have a supportive partner through six months of wellness coaching.

What is it?

The retreat adds elements of play, accountability, and peer support to my wellness coaching package, which can help shift it from feeling like a chore to a journey.

Before the retreat, you will work with me for one month on self exploration and goal setting. At the retreat, you’ll cement that change intention with a ritual, dig deeper into your blocks and resources through the ancient game of life, Leela, and have time to bond and integrate your self-exploration with others doing the same work.

After the retreat, you’ll work with me for six months of coaching to see your goals through.Prepare for a transformative eight months.

The Month Leading Up

To prepare for the retreat, you will have two activities in the month before.

Human Design Reading (2-3 Hours)

Wellness Assessment (7-10 Hours)

In your 2-3 hour human design reading, you will be provided a comprehensive way to look at your purpose in life, strategies to achieve that purpose, as well as energetic strengths and weaknesses.

After your human design reading, you will work through my holistic wellness assessment. Together, we will examine many domains in your life, your sources of pain and joy, your goals and blocks, and craft a vision and goals for yourself. 

The Retreat - Day One

9AM - 10:30AM: Yoga and Sound Healing

10:30AM - 11:00AM: Break

11:00AM - 12:00PM: Transformative Intentions Ritual

12:00PM - 5:00PM: The Leela Game*

5:00PM - 5:15PM: Break

5:15PM - 6:00PM: Meditation

The Retreat - Day Two

9AM - 10:30AM: Yoga and Sound Healing

10:30AM - 11:00AM: Break

11:00AM - 4:00PM: The Leela Game*

1:00PM - 4:00PM: Aroma Psychology Game (for anyone who has finished Leela)

4:00PM - 4:15PM: Break

4:15PM - 5:00PM: Meditation

5:00PM - 6:00PM: Sharing Circle

*During the Leela Game, participants are invited to take breaks whenever they need, and breakout sessions are available to explore challenging topics

The Months After

After the retreat, I will ask you to review your goals from the wellness assessment and make any changes you think are necessary. After, we will work together for six months to try to make meaningful changes based on the insights learned.
